How to know that PrintHead of Printer Epson T series Not working?

here as i was getting problem with my printer Epson T series not working, at my office much using printer epson t series with infuse system, the problem i got is that printer there was one color that was magenta color, the magenta color doesnt want suck up as get maintenance cleaning, at that time in my opinion is the nozzle there something clogged so i decided to give cleaning liquid to that nozzle but still i got no good result. as i bring to technician printer they said the prind head to magenta color is broken, and to change that print head must be replace 1 modul printhead.

they said too that the reason for the print head broken is because of the bad quality of refill ink.
so take carefully of buying quality of refill ink to your printer

reset printer T series

do you ever get experience with your printer epson just like T13, T11 and T20 with problem, the cartridge doest want running/working whereas the power botton light is give a sign ok but the light resume is blinking? you know that mean the eprom memory of mainboard is full and need to reset to back to zero.

we have to do is reset it by software that we can get from download much website you like from.

example like i did is down its sotfware from this website.

ForVolume based :
