here as i was getting problem with my printer Epson T series not working, at my office much using printer epson t series with infuse system, the problem i got is that printer there was one color that was magenta color, the magenta color doesnt want suck up as get maintenance cleaning, at that time in my opinion is the nozzle there something clogged so i decided to give cleaning liquid to that nozzle but still i got no good result. as i bring to technician printer they said the prind head to magenta color is broken, and to change that print head must be replace 1 modul printhead.
they said too that the reason for the print head broken is because of the bad quality of refill ink.
so take carefully of buying quality of refill ink to your printer
